We have a number of flexible plans to suit your organisation. Iceberg.People scales with your business sand it grows as you grow. With no contracts you're not locked in. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time.

You also don't need to worry about installation, servers and the backup of your data. We do all that for you.

We also have simple SMS plans for sending messages to mobile phones from within Iceberg.People. SMS is great for directly sending messages to contacts and team members.

Once you have an Iceberg.People account, SMS credits are simply bought in packs and run down as you use them. We'll even send you a reminder message if you're getting low on credits.

1. These prices include Australian GST. A tax invoice will be emailed to your organisations Iceberg.People administer each month. The subscription fee is charged at the commencement of the period. We don't provide refunds, but you can stop your subscription at any time and we won't charge you again. For your convenience and security our billing and subscription service is managed by PayPal. We don't store your credit card details.
2. Depending on the plan, pre-pay for 12 months and get between 1-2 months free.
3. Number of users represent the current number of active users. So to preserve the history within the system, you don't need to delete previous users, you just need to manage the number of current users. Non-current users can't login.
4. Depending on the plan you have, support is provided either by email (24 hour turn-around) or phone support. Phone support is provided during business hours (Australian EST).
